The 8th Grade Volleyball team took on the Orioles from Charlotte tonight at home, ready to keep their undefeated record alive! The Bulldogs got off to an early lead in set one with Logan Thomas and Avery Hoppough each putting down 4 kills. Ariana Frias served up 2 aces and 2 additional service points. Emma Hoppough aided her hitters with several great assists. The Lady Dawgs took the first set 25-11. Match two began just as well and the Bulldogs quickly regained service possession. Kaylee Stoakes had a great night behind the line and put up several service points and aces. Kaya Clark was on the move picking up every ball that came her way. Shiann Boer stepped up and played a great game all the way around. Amelia Griffith turned it up in match two and three and had some beautiful kills. All in all the Bulldogs overcame injuries and worked well together as a team. They took sets two and three 25-10 and 15-5. 

The 8th Grade A team is 9-0 and remains undefeated this season! Please join us Wednesday as we travel to Mason to take on our rival Bulldogs.  Let's go Ionia!
