The A Team was ready to follow suit after the B Team's impressive 3 game sweep over St. John's. Logan Thomas started off with some solid serves and nice digs from the back row. Emma Hoppough hustled from the setter's position and put up several great assists. Kaya Clark's serve receive was on point tonight and she hardly let a ball drop. Avery Hoppough had several nice kills as well as Amelia Griffith and Logan Thomas. Ariana Frias was solid behind the serving line and as a middle hitter. Kaylee Stoakes played her role well as a back row player and had several great passes. Shiann Boer learned our new rotation well and was right where she needed to be on the court. Overall the Bulldogs played great together as a team and fought hard for every point. The Lady Dawgs took the first set 25-21, the second 25-11, and the final set was 15-13. Overall both teams played very well and I can't wait to see where we go from here!
