FOWLERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 13
The Ionia Girls Junior Varsity Softball team fell to the Fowlerville Girls on Thursday night at home. This was the first loss for the bulldogs as they struggled to pull together a win. Kaidence Thomas went 1-2 with a walk and Jazmin Cooper went 1-3. Final score was 22-1. In the second game the Bulldogs started off much stronger as more players contributed to hitting and there were less errors from the field. Emma White went 2-2, Kaidence Thomas went 1-2 with a walk, Allyson Strasser went 2-3 and attained a few key RBI's during the game to bring the score to 3-7 at the bottom of the fourth inning. The final score ended at 13-3. Kaidence Thomas and Liberty Stanard both pitched. The girls' next game will be Tuesday, April 19th at home!
