The JV Girls Soccer team went against Belding High School at Ionia. The game concluded in a 2-2 tie.

The first half saw Belding score initially, but the Bulldogs quickly responded with a remarkable shot from the center by Carly Benavidez, assisted by Makayla VanAllsburg. Our defense held strong, maintaining the tie for the rest of the half.

In the second half, Cora Nummer scored a quick goal inside the six, thanks to a great through ball by Kiarra Goodsell. Unfortunately, Belding evened the score with a penalty kick, resulting in a 2-2 tie. Fortunately, our defense and goalie stood firm, preventing any further goals.

With this result, our season record is now 0-0-2.

Our next game is scheduled for March 26, 2025, against Hastings High School at Hastings High School, with the game starting at 4:00 pm.
