Ionia Varsity Softball drops two to Fowlerville

The Ionia Varsity Softball Team fell to a very strong Fowlerville Team 16-1 and 18-1. In Game 1, the Dawgs were led by Kam Perry who was 1-2 and scored a run and Allyson Strasser who was 1-2 with a double and an RBI. In Game 2 Kadence Thomas, Tori Gutierrez, Emma White and Allyson Schmid all recorded hits for the Dawgs. Ionia falls to 0-2 on the season, and plays Eaton Rapids at home Thursday for its conference opener.
