On Saturday the Ionia Bulldogs traveled 1.5 hours to play in the Division 2 MHSAA Regional Tourney in Chelsea. We faced number 3 ranked Chelsea and we lost 16 - 0, the next game was #2 ranked  Jackson NW and they beat # 4 ranked  Owossa 4 - 0. In the Championship game Jackson NW  beat Chelsea 2 - 0 , they will continue on the journey to Secchia Field.

It took me a while to write this article but, earlier today i was Lucky enough to be able to hit our 14U team some infield and some pop ups and just work with these younger players. The whole time I was there I was hoping that these kids would be able to know the feeling that we had when we won our District Championship!  I Love the Game and I Love the Bulldogs and I know if we keep working hard and keep our heads up and our gloves in the dirt we can push forward and experience more success.

Thanks to Everyone that played a part in our season and to finish 21 & 15 overall, 6 & 2 in the league and to Win that District Trophy was Huge! Raise the Bar! Higher Expectations! GRIT! More Fun!  As Always it was a Great Day to be an Ionia Bulldog!
