Ionia lost the lead late in a 5-2 loss to Lowell. Sara Bevington got the start and allowed 5 runs on 13 hits, striking out 5. Summer Sawdy led the way going 2 for 3, Phelps, Esquivel, M. Braman and Castle all collected one hit. The normally sure handed Bulldogs had a few struggles defensively but, nothing we can't fix by Saturday as we play in the District Tourney atThornapple Kellogg at 10:00a.m.

The Bulldogs finished regular season going 29 & 9.
