Trevor Hodges started for Ionia and picked up the win on 3 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk and 5 K's.  Gage Flanner pitched in relief, 2 innings, 3 hits, 0 runs 2 walks and 2 K's, Gaven Elvert pitched 1 inning, 0 runs, 0 hits, 1 walk and 1 K. 

Kellan Ferguson went 2-4 with a double and 4 Rbi's, Nolan Lundstrom went 3-3 with a double and 2 Rbi's, Tyson McDiarmid 1-3 with a double and 2 Rbi's, Jaxon Palmer 2-4, Christian Miller 2-5 and an Rbi, Carter Castillo 1-4 and Rbi, Alex Barr and Colt Piercefield both added hits. 

Ionia improves to 11-7 on the season and will host Waverly High School on Thursday, travel to Lansing Sexton on Friday for a league doubleheader, then host its annual tournament and rededication of Frank Ciangi Memorial Field on Saturday, 10:00 am start.
