The Ionia girls tennis team defeated Waverly Monday night 7-1. 

• First singles Avelin McGuire won 6-1,6-0. 
• 2nd singles Abella Woodard lost 3-6,6-2, 8-10. 
• 3rd singles Keagan Prescott won 6-3,6-0 
• 4th singles Harleigh Kruger won 6-1,6-4.
• 1st doubles Tessa Lemke and Audrey Wall won 6-1,6-0. 
• 2nd doubles Logan Thomas and Amelia Griffith won 6-1,6-0. 
• 3rd doubles Katelyn Weber and Mariya Berry won 6-1,6-1. 
• 4th doubles Camryn Robinson and Ellie Lamphere won 6-0,6-0.

The JV dominated also, winning matches were doubles teams Erin Steffin and Amelia McGee 8-1. Tessa Nash and Sally Lamphere 8-1. Charlotte d’Alquen and Elena Gonzalez Aranda 8-2, Olivia Lemke and Ryley Helmes 8-1.
 

The bulldogs are home on Wednesday hosting the Fowlerville Gladiators.
