Ionia Varsity and JV Tennis traveled to the Yellow Jackets of Greenville tonight for a 6-2 victory. Undefeated Sam Eppler(12) won 6-0,6-0 and Miles Gregory(12) won 6-1,6-2, undefeated this season is Brett Peterson (12) 6-1,6-2, and Austin Currigan(12) won at 4th singles6-3, 5-7 (10-6). For Doubles, second doubles Lucas Wandell (12) and Christian Miller (10) won 6-2, 6-4 and third doubles Elijah Hatfield(12) and Colter Clark (12) won 6-3,6-3.Jv also saw some incredible matches with Riley Yokom (9) and Riley McClintock(9) winning 8-1 in an eight game pro-set. Ionia starts their CAAC White League Championship defense on Monday night at Eaton Rapids.
