The Ionia boys varsity tennis team defeated Hastings Thursday night with all eight flights getting straight set victories. Sam Eppler won at first singles 6-2,6-4. Jack Eppler won at 2nd singles 6-2,6-1. Brett Longanbach won at 3rd singles 6-0,6-0 and Miles Gregory won at 4th singles 6-0,7-5.

1st doubles Collin Palmer and Brett Petersen won 6-3,6-1. 2nd doubles Ethan Rowland and Colter Clark won 6-2,6-2. 3rd doubles Landon Duell and Joel Cairns won 6-1,6-2. 4th doubles Elijah Hatfield and Lucas Wandell won 6-2,6-1. Ionia is now 7-2 on the season and plays next at home on Monday against Lansing Catholic for the league championship.
