The Varsity and JV golf teams took to Shadow Ridge golf course this afternoon to finish out their regular season and to compete against the Pirates of Pewamo-Westphalia on an afternoon that turned out very well weather wise. They also celebrated senior night for Lane Thomas, Alex Yakes, Evan Vos and Evan Nummer who played their last home match at Shadow Ridge for IHS.  Their parents, family and friends were also in attendance to help them celebrate this great occasion. 

The Varsity fell short in their match with a team total of 183 compared to PW's 175. Medalist for the Bulldogs was Hobbs Pinnow with a 43, followed by Lane Thomas and Ryan Barna with 46's and Alex Yakes with a 48.  Also competing was Evan Nummer with a 53, Spencer Tooker with a 56 and Evan Vos with a 57. The Varsity Bulldogs finish the regular season with a 22-30 record.

The JV came away with another victory topping PW with a team total of 184 compared to the Pirates 197.  Leading the way for the Bulldogs was Brett Petersen with a 41, Sam Meyers with a 45, Aden Wenzel shooting a 48, and Tyson Brownell with a 50. Also competing for the Bulldogs was Owen Shippey with a 51, Seth Woods with a 52 and Cameron Henry with a 54. The JV finishes their season with a record of 17-4.

The Varsity heads to Regionals next Wednesday morning at Lake Doster in Otsego to finish out their season.
