Today the Bulldogs hosted the fifth CAAC White Golf Jamboree at Shadow Ridge golf course.

On the back nine the Varsity team ended the match with a team total of 186 which was good for a fourth place finish.  Lansing Catholic came away with another victory shooting a 164, followed by Eaton Rapids with a 166, Charlotte with a 184, the Bulldogs 186, Portland with a 205 and then Sexton with a 267.  Medalist for the Bulldogs was Ryan Barna with a 40 which was the third best score for the entire match and was Ryan's best score of his high school career. Lane Thomas shot a 44, Hobbs Pinnow with a 47, Alex Yakes with a 55, Brett Petersen with a 56 and Sam Meyers with a 57. The Bulldogs league record this season is 11-14 with an overall record of 11-16.

The JV team played the front nine and ended their match with a team total of 195 which was good for a second place finish. Lansing Catholic also won this match with a team total of 188, the Bulldogs 195, followed by Charlotte with a 211, Portland with a 223 and Eaton Rapids with a 228. Medalist for the Bulldogs was Evan Nummer with a 45, Spencer Tooker with a 47, Gunner Woods with a 50, Seth Woods with a 53, Aden Wenzel with a 54 and Evan Vos with a 58. The JV Bulldogs league record this season is 13-3 with an overall record of 15-3.

The Varsity team heads to the Hastings Invitational on Friday for an 18 hole tournament. Then both teams compete next Monday in the last CAAC White Jamboree at Portland Country Club with a 2:30pm tee time.
