This afternoon the boys Varsity golf team traveled to Lansing to play Groesbeck golf course at their fourth CAAC White Jamboree hosted by Lansing Catholic Central. The Bulldogs came away with a third place finish shooting a team total of 184 (top four scores). Lansing Catholic Central shot a team total 167 to take first, followed by Eaton Rapids with a 170, the Bulldogs 184, then Portland with a 185, Charlotte with a 186 and Sexton with a 240. Medalist for the Bulldogs was Lane Thomas with a 43, Ryan Barna and Hobbs Pinnow with 45's, Evan Nummer and Sam Meyers with 51's and Gunner Woods with a 59. The Bulldogs run their league record to 9-11 and a overall record of 9-13 for the season.

The JV golf team traveled to Lansing yesterday to play Groesbeck GC in their fourth CAAC White Jamboree. The Bulldogs came away with a first place finish with a team total of 154 (top four scores) in this seven hole match. LCC was second with a 158, followed by Charlotte with a 166, Eaton Rapids with a 176 and Portland with a 180. Medalist for the Bulldogs was Owen Shippey with a 35, Evan Vos with a 38, Spencer Tooker with a 40, Brett Petersen and Aden Wenzel with 41's and Seth Woods with a 48. The JV Bulldogs run their league record to 10-2 and a overall record of 12-2 for the season. 

Both Bulldogs teams return to action next Wednesday when they host the fifth CAAC White Jamboree of the season at Shadow Ridge golf course, a shot gun tee time is set for 3:30pm.
