The Varsity boys golf team headed to Royal Scot golf course in Lansing this afternoon to compete in their third CAAC White Jamborre of the season.
The Bulldogs as a team struggled to put four good individual rounds of golf together with shooting a team total of 201 which ended up with a fifth place finish for this match. Lansing Catholic Central finished in first again with a team total of 162, followed by Eaton Rapids with a 174, Charlotte with a 184, Portland with a 189, the Bulldogs 201 and then Sexton with a 272.
Medalist for the Bulldogs was Lane Thomas with a 45, followed by Hobbs Pinnow with a 46 and Ryan Barna and Gunner Woods with 55's.
Both Bulldog golf teams return to action next Tuesday with a home match against Grand Rapids Aviation Academy at Shadow Ridge with a shot gun tee time of 3:30pm.
