Today, the boys competed in the Cougar 2-mile Invite. We had 8 boys run in the race with a time over 12:45, and 1 boy run in the race with a time under 12:45. Tonight, we came home with two medals in the over 12:45 race, while also placing 4th as a team. In this race, Liam Thelen finished in 5th place with a time of 12:17.4. Connor Morrison secured 9th place, finishing 1 minute and 17 seconds faster than last year, with a time of 12:24.1. The rest of the team included Dalles Bailiff (33), Cooper Highlen (35), Talon Thompson (36), Xander Towery (41), Gabe Holman(54) and Tylan Daniel(57). Jaxxon Thelen ran in the under 12:45 race, finishing in 41st place out of 81 boys, 41 seconds faster than last year, with a time of 11:40.3.
