The Ionia girls varsity basketball team lost to Greenville Saturday night by a score of 37-14. Ionia struggled to score against the Greenville zone and got down early. The bulldogs continue to play hard and keep improving but are still looking for their first win. Avery Roundtree led the bulldogs with 5 points and 9 rebounds. Melayna Braman had 3 points and Brynn Reams and Josie Phelps each had 2.
the bulldogs play at home again on Tuesday hosting the greyhounds of Eaton Rapids.
