The Ionia girls varsity basketball team lost to Eaton rapids Friday night by a score of 47-34.
Taylor Kirby and Melayna Braman led Ionia with 9 points each. Brynn Reams had 7 points and 9 rebounds. Ionia finishes the season 15-5 and 5-5 in the league.
Districts start Monday with Ionia playing Portland at 7:00 in Belding.
