The Ionia girls varsity basketball team defeated Lansing Sexton Friday night by a score of 75-20. Five players scored in double figures for Ionia.
Taylor Kirby scored 10 points, Jessa Swinehart scores 12 points on four three pointers. Melayna Braman scored 13 with 5 assists. Morgan Canfield also had 13 points and Brynn Reams had 14 points with 6 rebounds.
Ionia is now 13-3 on the season and 5-3 in the league.
