The Ionia girls varsity basketball team defeated Mason Tuesday night by a score of 47-43.
Morgan Canfield led ionia with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Brynn Reams had 10 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 assists. Melayna Braman chipped in with 8 points.
Ionia is now 10-2 on the season and plays at league rival Portland on Friday.
