Ionia basketball suffered a 70-38 loss to an outstanding Grand Rapids Catholic Central basketball team. The Bulldogs were led by Spencer Tooker with 10 points. Henry Castle added 9 points. Rounding out the scoring was Hobbs Pinnow with 5 points, Aden Wenzel 4 points, Colt Pierefield 3 points, Tristan Ciganick 3 points, Max Doty 2 points and Brent Starks 2 points.
Ionia finished the season 12-13.
