The Bulldogs lost a tough conference game at home to Charlotte in Overtime 53-58. Leading the way were Travis Tucker Jr. with 13 points, Spencer 13 points, Hobbs Pinnow 9 points, Colt Piercefield with 6 points and Max Doty with 6 points.
Ionia is 5-4 on the season and will travel to Lansing Sexton on Friday.
