Ionia traveled to Portland and lost a tough hard fought game 39-41. The Bulldogs were led by Hobbs Pinnow with 14 points. Henry Castle added 7 points, Spencer Tooker 6 points, Travis Tucker Jr. 5 points, Colt Piercefield 3 points and Gage Flanner 2 points.
Ionia is 4-2 on the season and will host Hastings on Tuesday at 7 PM.
