Ionia traveled to DeWitt and lost 38-45. Max Doty led the Bulldogs with 16 points. Spencer Tooker added 5 points, Colt Piercefield and Hobbs Pinnow added 4 points each.
The Bulldogs are 0-1 and will host Greenville this Friday at 7:00 PM for the home opener.
