GIRLS BASKETBALL AND WRESTLING 

SPORTS REGISTRATION

Ionia Middle School offers the school sponsored sports of 7th and 8th girls basketball and 6th, 7th, and 8th grade wrestling to IMS students for the Winter II Sports Season.  It also works in cooperation with the High School Varsity Coaches, Youth Sports Programs, and the Ionia Parks and Recreation Department to offer the Junior Bulldog programs of Youth Basketball (Red Cedar), Youth Wrestling (MYWAY), and and Youth Swimming grades 6th-8th(see Junior Bulldog information below).  

Any students interested in playing a school sponsored sport must have a current physical (completed on or after April 15th) on file in the MS Principals office and complete the registration form below before they can tryout/participate.

1. Complete student information, parent information, and Athletic Code acknowledgment in online form.

2. Turn in completed physical to the Middle School Principals office between 7:30 am -3:00 pm.

Junior Bulldog Sports Programs

The Junior Bulldog Sports programs are not school sponsored, but are run in cooperation with the Ionia Athletic Department, High School Varsity Coaches, Youth Sports Programs, and the Ionia Parks and Recreation Department.  These programs are offered to Middle School Aged students and younger.
