Ionia Varsity Bulldogs took Thursday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 2-1 walk-off victory over Alma Panthers. The game was tied at one in the bottom of the eighth when Nolan Lundstrom singled, scoring one run.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Ionia Varsity Bulldogs pitchers struck out nine, while Alma Varsity Panthers sat down six.
