DEWITT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 33
Tonight Ionia B Team travelled to DeWitt to take on the Panthers. The Bulldogs came home with a win, 49-33. At the end of the first half, they were leading 29-11 because of their effort on the defensive side. In the second DeWitt was able to go on a run and cut into the lead. But, the Bulldogs were able to hold them for the victory. Leading scorers were Nolan Lundstrom and Jackson McMahon with 9 points, and Nick Richey with 8 points. Ionia is now 3-1. Their next game is Monday, March 1 at home against St. Johns.
