The girls bowling team pulled out a close match against the Trojans of East lansing winning 16-14 at Spare Time today.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 671 pins to Lansing’s 546 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Zoey Guernsey’s 171 and Sydney Estep’s 150. In match #2 Ionia totaled 610 pins to Lansing’s 552 pins, the Bulldogs were led again by Zoey Guernsey’s 155 and Sydney Estep’s 140. Ionia won the series 1281 to 1098.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs were outscored by the Trojans team 273 to 226.
