Ionia boys jv basketball team defeated Olivet by a score of 39-37 on Thursday night.
Ethan Wenzel, Dawson Leland and Mason Braman led the offense with 9 points each. Ethan scored 6 of our 9 fourth quarter points in the game. Wolton Sandborn had another 10+ rebound performance and Dawson Leland drew 4 charges on the defensive end.
Ionia Jv improves to 6-2 on the season and 3-0 in conference play. We will take on Charlotte next week Tuesday with a 5:30 home tip off.
