Ionia Varsity Wrestling wins over Sexton

Ionia varsity wrestling team goes 1-2 tonight at Fowlerville. Ionia started the night off with a win over Sexton 60-16 . Ionia then fell short against Mason 63-16 and Fowlerville 42-31. The bulldogs had a ton of improvement sense the last time we wrestled these teams. Senior Aidan Clute went 3-0 tonight at heavy weight. Also having success tonight going 2-1 were wrestlers Killian Campbell, Jon Anderson, and Chase Holford.
The bulldogs will be back on the mat Saturday at Eaton Rapids wrestling starts at 10 am.
